Giải Oscar 2024: Oppenheimer đại thắng 7 tượng vàng

Oppenheimer của Christopher Nolan, một cái nhìn đầy bất an về buổi bình minh của kỷ nguyên nguyên tử, đã thống trị Lễ trao giải Oscar lần thứ 96 vào Chủ nhật khi thắng bảy giải, bao gồm hai giải quan trọng nhất: Phim hay nhất và Đạo diễn xuất sắc nhất. Bộ phim, một tiếng vang ở thời điểm hiện nay, khi các xung đột quốc tế đang diễn ra rất khốc liệt và đầy chết chóc, cũng đã giúp Cillian Murphy giành được giải Oscar cho nhân vật chính J. Robert Oppenheimer đầy ám ảnh, đồng thời còn đem về cho diễn viên Robert Downey Jr. tượng vàng Oscar cho giải Nam diễn viên phụ xuất sắc nhất trong vai một quan chức hận thù.

Đối với đạo diễn Nolan, bức tượng vàng Oscar đã đến với ông sau một lịch sử đầy rắc rối với giải thưởng này. Ông đã được đề cử đạo diễn xuất sắc vô số lần trước đó, bao gồm cả đạo diễn phim Dunkirk năm 2017, cũng như các tác phẩm khác như “Memento” năm 2001 và “Inception” năm 2010. Đỉnh điểm của rắc rối là việc Viện Hàn lâm Mỹ đã loại bỏ The Dark Knight, bộ phim thành công nhất của ông vào năm 2008 ở hạng mục Phim và Đạo diễn xuất sắc nhất. Sự thiếu sót này khiến dư luận phẫn nộ và buộc tổ chức này tăng số lượng phim được đề cử cho Phim hay nhất của năm từ 5 phim lên 10 phim.

Bảy năm sau khi giành chiến thắng với phim “La La Land”, Emma Stone đã lần thứ hai chiến thắng giải Oscar nữ diễn viên chính xuất sắc cho phim “Poor Things”. Stone đóng vai một người phụ nữ trẻ con dấn thân vào cuộc hành trình khám phá bản thân trong thế giới tưởng tượng steampunk.
